One Opera skin (theme) I'd strongly suggest is the "cherry" one. You can find it easily in "Tools -> Appearance...", then go to "Find more skins" and select "Top Rated". It's about the 4th or 5th one in the list. Then, select the color scheme as "System color scheme. It's great!
